Customers are advised to read and understand CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY upon availing the puja services through our website.
Cancellations can be made 2 days or more before the Pooja event.
Tech Veda Solutions will not be responsible for refunds, if the payment is not received for any booking. Tech Veda Solutions will not refund, if the event is performed as per the bookings.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the puja/homams.
If the Pujas/Homam are cancelled by the customer/client on the day of the function due to any reason, then no Refunds will be provided. Information of cancellation must be made through an email to support@click2puja.com.
We will also notify you for the cancellation of the event within 2 working days and the approval of your refund and refund within 10 working days subject to this Refund Policy. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@click2puja.com.
Client opt for the credit to his account and can be adjusted in subsequent booking
Full Refund will be made due to following reasons.
If the Purohit/Pandit did not turn up or no show by the pandit to perform the event.
Due to some software issues/glitches where the payment is made and booking not done and not confirmed. Though all the services are fully tested before the release into the system. In that case, clients are required to send the email with reason to our support team for approvals. Once it is confirmed by our support team, the full refund will be made to client.

Payment Policy
Booking will not be confirmed if full payment or advance amount is not received from the client/customer. Advance or full Payments not received before the Pooja will result in non delivery of our service. Payment may be made by Cash to the purohit/pandit. Payments can also made through Credit cards Debit cards or Net Banking through our payment gateway solution.
